Product Design Engineer from Glasgow, working across mechanical design, electronics and embedded software.
I’m Callum Devlin, a Product Design Engineer from Glasgow. My work sits at the intersection of mechanical design and electronics — mechatronics projects spanning automotive components, rotary engines, phased-array antenna systems and embedded hardware.
I like projects where I can take a problem from first evidence through to a physical, tested thing: research it, design it, build the electronics for it, write the software, then put it on a bench and find out what I got wrong. My MEng project, EnduraOMP, is probably the best example of that approach end to end.
If you’re interested in the software side of what I do, my programming projects are on GitHub, and you can reach me on LinkedIn.
